Our zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Lighthouse Media maintains a strictly enforced zero-tolerance policy regarding the creation, distribution, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to providing a safe environment for our community and take the protection of minors with the utmost seriousness.

2. Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from using Lighthouse Services to:

  • Upload, share, or store any imagery or media depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
  • Engage in "grooming" or any behavior intended to exploit or harm minors.
  • Share links to external sites containing prohibited material involving minors.

3. Reporting & Enforcement

In-App Reporting: Users can report any content or profile immediately using the "Report" button located on every user profile. These reports are prioritized and reviewed by our safety team as quickly as possible.

Email Reporting: Direct reports of child safety concerns can be sent to our designated point of contact at [email protected].

Account Termination: Any user found to be in violation of these standards will have their account permanently banned and their data preserved for law enforcement purposes.

4. Legal Compliance & Authorities

Lighthouse complies with all regional and international laws regarding child safety. We proactively report all discovered or reported instances of CSAM to the **National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)** and cooperate fully with global law enforcement agencies to identify and prosecute offenders.
